The South Colorado River Drug Cartel has moved in and taken over the river drug trade all the way from Lake Havasu City to Bullhead City, Arizona. These people are ruthless and cunning. Six murders are committed in ten months due to their unconscionable greed. On the east bank of the Channel at Lake Havasu sits many, varying shops that are built in the style of Charles Dickens Christmas Carole. The Channel is teeming with boats and scantily-clad visitors most of the time, sometimes numbering 20,000 plus. It is drug pusher heaven. After extensive investigation and subterfuge, the cartel's warehouse is discovered spelling doomsday for the underworld. The good guys win, but not before a policeman is killed in the line of duty, a heart is broken by rejection, and betrayal looms over all.
